We’ve uncovered over 100 solutions to help communities build sustainable funding, establish community owned enterprises, drive locally led development, manage their assets and build more equitable and resilient local economies to enhance their wellbeing. 🌱💪

To help get these solutions into the hands of individuals, communities, and organisations who need them, we’re thrilled to introduce our new Place Based Capital Learning Series.

Each session will explore key topics that empower local communities, such as:
– Identifying and unlocking existing and new sources of local funding and assets
– Accessing funding and assets for local businesses, economic initiatives and community development
– Setting up, buying and owning local assets and enterprises
– Governing and managing community assets, resources and services
– Pooling community capital for collective impact
– Investing and reinvesting in local projects, businesses and infrastructure
– Creating equitable and inclusive economic opportunities

All of these sessions will explore solutions that are place based, people centred, locally led, owned, controlled, inclusive, equitable and ensure local reinvestment.

Join us and help spread the word within your networks! Let’s empower more communities to take control of their future.
